Refund policy

We want you to love your order! If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us at info@flyingpigtoys.com and we will do everything we can to make it right.

If you’d like to return/exchange an item, we will refund the original cost of the item, minus the original shipping cost. Items must be in original, unopened packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Returns/exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping fees and surcharges are non-refundable.

All sale items are final sales; no returns accepted.
