Most in-stock orders are packaged and shipped within 1 day. We ship 6 days a week with USPS being the preferred carrier but occasionally use UPS and FedEx. Orders generally arrive between 2-5 business days. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us at for a price.

Flying Pig Toys is not responsible for late or missing orders due to carrier error, nor for customer errors when inputting the shipping address. Please contact me ASAP if you notice an address error. Please also contact me and your local postman about missing orders and I will help resolve the problem.


If your order includes a pre-order, the order will not ship until all pre-ordered items arrive. If you would like to upgrade to separate shipments, please contact the shop and we’d be happy to arrange that. A separate shipping charge of $7 can be paid via Online Invoice for additional shipments.

Standard flat rate shipping of $8.00 (USD) for all orders under $125 and free shipping for all order over $125.

Shipping to Canada is a flat-rate fee of $30 USD, per order. Large/heavy orders may be subject to an additional fee and you will be contacted via email promptly with information.

Currently, Flying Pig Toys does not ship to any country outside of the United States, US Territories or Canada.


If you need to cancel an in-stock order, please contact as soon as possible since we generally ship very quickly. Cancellations will be subject to a restocking fee of 3-6% depending on your form of payment.

Preorders cannot be cancelled, as the shop pays for those in advance.


We want you to love your order! If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us at and we will do everything we can to make it right.

If you’d like to return/exchange an item, we will refund the original cost of the item, minus the original shipping cost. Items must be in original, unopened packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Returns/exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping fees and surcharges are non-refundable.

All sale items are final sales; no returns accepted.


If your item is damaged or defective, or if there was an error on the retailer’s end, please contact us within 7 days of shipment receipt. We will send a replacement, as soon as it is available, and provide a return label for the defective item. If you’d like to return the item instead of receiving the replacement, the normal return policy applies.
