The windmill propeller is mobile. Such a mill can be used as a collection figurine or as a decorative element. It will work just as well as a toy for children over the age of 3 (propellers are delicate, so should be used with supervision as to not break them).
It is made of maple wood, without varnishes or other finishes of any kind. Pleasant to the touch. Can be painted or left blank.
